It costs approx $3000 AUD a year per student to cover their tuition and living expenses to be based in the capital city of Addis Ababa.

The water carts along with a water filter support access to safe water to Afar families. Women without a water cart make 6 trips a day to collect water for their houshold, appose to only 2 trips a day for women who use a water cart. Diarrhoeal deaths are one of the main causes of mortality in the Afar. A Water Cart along with a Water filter Costs $250 AUD.
